Sudhakar Shetty Elected as New FKCCI President

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Sudhakar S Shetty, currently the vice-president of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), assumed office as the president for 2018-19 with effect from 29 June 2018.
Shetty began his entrepreneurial journey running a hotel. He then ventured into diverse fields such as journalism and education. He established the Jnanasarovara International Residential School, Mysuru (JIRSM). This has been one of his most illustrious achievement and a huge contribution to the society. The JIRSM offers education to students from diverse positions in the society. Moreover, this school has students from 15 different nations.
Shetty succeeds K Ravi, the first Chartered Accountant that was the president of the apex body of the industries in Karnataka. C R Janardhana assumes office as Senior Vice President of the FKCCI for the year 2018-19.
Janardhana is a mechanical engineer. He began his entrepreneurial career by setting up Sri Venkateshwara Printing Press in 1989.
Janardhana also served as the president of Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA). During his tenure there, he helped in uplifting the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karnataka. Perikal M Sundar assumes office of the Vice-President of the FKCCI for 2018-19. Sundar is into his family business, as partner of Modern Coffee Company. Moreover, he is active in the coffee trade as
the chairman of Indian Coffee Association.
As a senior member of FKCCI for more than 20 years, Sundar was actively involved as chairman, directory publication and exhibition committee.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
