Sri Sudhakar S Shetty assumed office for the year 2018-19 on 29 June. He was the senior vice- president of the FKCCI before getting elected as president, he was the vice-president of FKCCI. Shetty started out as an entrepreneur in the hotel sector. He has ventured into journalism and
education. He founded the Jnanasarovara International Residential School (JIRSM) in Mysuru. This has been his most illustrious contribution to society.Shetty succeeded K Ravi, the first chartered accountant to be the FKCCI president.
